🖨️ Printable Work Orders
You can now print or download a service ticket directly from any work order. A Print / Download option is available in the work order header and works on both desktop and mobile, across internal, customer-damage, and external work order types. We've also added a Reason for Service field to scheduled services so the purpose of each job is captured and carried through onto the printed ticket.
📍 Bin Locations on Parts
Parts now carry a bin location so your team can find them faster. The bin location is visible and editable on the Part Setup page, and it now displays alongside each part on work orders and purchase orders, prefixed with the store location so multi-location shops always know exactly where a part lives. BIN location has also been added as a field to the product importer.
🛠️ Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Cycle-billed order totals now display correctly on the contract and in the admin console, so customers can review and approve rentals and issue POs without a missing total.
- Delivery and pickup fees no longer change unexpectedly during check-in.
- Sales-tax changes on already-invoiced orders now apply correctly instead of silently reverting after showing a success message.
- Customer agreements added after launch now appear correctly at e-sign checkout.
- Fuel charges now account for decimal points, fixing cases where per-unit pricing and quantity were calculated incorrectly.
