Purchase Order Communication & Documentation Enhancements:
You can now upload images and files directly to a Purchase Order through a new Media section on the PO View page, making it easier to store supporting documents, photos, and important context alongside your order.
Send purchase orders to vendors faster with a new “Email PO” button, allowing you to email a formatted PO PDF directly from Quipli to the vendor or additional recipients without needing to download and attach files manually.
A new Email History section on the PO View page provides visibility into all emails sent for that purchase order, allowing your team to track communication, view past emails, and resend them if needed.
Hapn Integration Live Tracking Quipli Status Sync:
Units connected to Hapn now display their Quipli status (Available, On Rent, Off Rent) directly on Live Tracking map cards, helping teams quickly understand equipment availability without needing to cross-reference other pages.
Automated Heavy Equipment Inventory Tax (HET) Reporting:
For customers required to file monthly Heavy Equipment Inventory Tax (HET) reports (commonly in states like Texas), Quipli can now automatically generate a monthly CSV report containing the required taxable rental activity for the prior month. If your business files HET reports and you’d like to enable this feature, please contact support@quipli.com

🛠️ Improvements
Improved Product Report Quantity Visibility:
The Products Report now includes separate Rental Qty/Units and Sale Qty/Units columns, giving you clearer visibility into inventory that is available for rent versus sale. The Total Qty/Units column has also been updated to more accurately reflect overall product quantities.
Removed Legacy Cash Basis Tax Report:
The Cash Basis Tax report has been removed from the Accounting section as it is no longer the recommended method for tax reporting.
Customers who previously relied on this report should now use the General Ledger by navigating to Accounting → General Ledger, selecting your reporting period, setting Account Type = Tax, and choosing the appropriate basis (Cash or Accrual) for more accurate and comprehensive tax reporting.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Fixed Missing Subtotal on Invoices:
Resolved an issue where invoices did not display a Subtotal line before taxes and additional fees. Invoices now correctly include the subtotal, matching the structure shown on rental contracts.
Fixed Missing User Stamp on Customer Notes:
Resolved an issue where customer notes were not displaying the name of the user who created the note. User attribution now correctly appears on newly and past added notes.
