In order to use the SEIS Damage Waiver Insurance integration in Quipli you must be a customer of SEIS.

Setup Instructions:
Please make sure you are only following these instructions for products you wish to be covered by SEIS
- Make sure all products you want covered by SEIS are being tracked products by Serial Unit rather than Quantity within the individual product settings

Turn on the Boom and Bucket integration (this enables Make/Model/Year)
- Settings > General Settings > Options > scroll to the Boom and Bucket section > toggle "Turn on/off Boom and Bucket Integration" to "yes."
- Settings > General Settings > Options > scroll to the Boom and Bucket section > toggle "Turn on/off Boom and Bucket Integration" to "yes."

Fill out all unit information for each product you want covered by SEIS within the product settings page (Inventory > Products > Select the product you want > Product Units). The following fields are a requirement for the SEIS integration to work:
- Unit number
- Serial Number
- Make/Model/Year

Make sure you have a Damage Waiver configured for each product
- Navigate to Settings > General Settings > Options > Damage Waiver

Fill out all damage waiver information
- Damage Waiver Options = Mandatory or Optional
- Damage Waiver Fee = Enter either the percentage or flat fee amount
- Select Type = Percentage or $ amount
- Apply Taxes To Damage Waiver = Yes or No
- Repeats every cycle = Yes or No (applies to all cycle bill orders)
- Tax Category = select from existing tax categories (only if using tax categories)

Go to each product you want the damage waiver applied to
- Inventory > Products > Select the product you want > Find the "Damage Waiver" setting > check the box "Apply damage waiver to product"
- Inventory > Products > Select the product you want > Find the "Damage Waiver" setting > check the box "Apply damage waiver to product"
- Notify the Quipli team that you have configured everything for the SEIS integration and you would like the integration turned on (support@quipli.com or your customer success team member).

Once the integration has been turned on, go into each product and turn on the SEIS Damage Waiver
- Inventory > Products > Select a product > check the box for "Use SEIS Rental Damage Waiver Insurance"
- Inventory > Products > Select a product > check the box for "Use SEIS Rental Damage Waiver Insurance"
- You have complete the setup!

Covered Property, as used in this coverage form, means property you rent to others of the following types and for which you have issued a physical damage waiver prior to loss as part of the rental agreement. Such property may be your property or the property of others in your care, custody or control.
a. Mobile equipment.
b. Portable equipment.
c. Trailers, other than semi-trailers, camping trailers, office trailers and mobile homes.
d. Attachments designed to function with eligible property described hereunder.

Property Not Covered: Covered Property does not include any of the following:
a. Aircraft or watercraft.
b. All terrain vehicles including utility vehicles.
c. Contraband, or property in the course of illegal transportation or trade.
d. Furniture and fixtures including property permanently attached to or fixed to a building or structure.
e. Property while being used in logging or pulpwood operations.
f. Property while being used in strip or underground mining operations.
g. Property while underground. However, this limitation does not apply to buckets or other attachments to an
excavator, backhoe, or similar equipment used for excavations or trenching.
h. Property while waterborne.
i. Property, other than submersible pumps, while begin operated underwater; property while in caissons.
j. Self-propelled automobiles, motor trucks, motorcycles, recreational vehicles and similar self-propelled
conveyances designed for highway use and used for over the road transportation of people or cargo.
However, this does not include self-propelled vehicles designed and used primarily to carry mounted
equipment.
