Dispatch 2.0 (Calendar View)

New view for dispatch that will display a calendar view for each driver selected. On desktop, deliveries and pickups can be drag and dropped for each admin.
- Mobile Friendly view for easy of access for drivers or admins.

Duplicate products allowed to have different custom pricing

The same product can now have it's own unique pricing within an order if they are two different contract line items.

Applies to custom rental products as well.

Configuration to allow on rent and off rent times to always update the order
- Once added, whatever dates are entered for on rent/off rent will be set for the contract and invoice automatically.

- Improvement: Loading icons when downloading reports
