New Features
- TaxJar Updates and GL Account Improvements
- When using Tax Jar, new tax codes will automatically generate a Tax GL account.
- Admins can tag Tax Codes with QBO Tax Codes in order to sync the proper tax breakdowns to QBO
- GL accounts can be tagged as income or tax and filter based on those.
- Cycle Billing Invoice Improvements
- Added ability to regenerate and void past cycle invoices based on current contract rates
- Roles For Company User Type
- Three roles have been added that can be assigned to representatives. Manager, Accounting, and Field Role.
- These roles will each receive the designated emails associated to their roles for each order created for that company, regardless of which representative is assigned to the order.
- Text Messaging for Create Quote
- Customers will now receive a text linking them directly to the quote created whenever a valid phone number exists.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Improvement: Product configuration for minimum rental price based on duration
- Improvement: Clear End date button for create and update order.
- Improvement: Invoice Number and Customer Name added to Stripe Reconciliation report
- Improvement: New Setting that requires terms to be agreed to before order can be approved.
- Bug Fix: Credit Limit changed to money format
