New Features

Stripe/CC Fees passed fully to the Renter
- A New Setting will allow admins to pass the stripe fee completely to the renter when turned on. They can also add additional flat or percentage amounts to the fee.
- The Fee will be added to the invoice automatically when a card payment is successful.

Delivery only Location Fees
- Location Fees can now be set to only apply to delivery orders
Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Improvement: Change Calculator for Cash Payments
- Improvement: Decline Reason will display for failed payments
- Improvement: Admin Create Order will bypass minimum and maximum rental durations for products.
