New Create Order Flow

All previous functionality should be available with the new create order flow. Admins should experience vastly improved performance and clarity.

Custom Cycle Billing Terms
- Admins can customize cycle billing terms for each order, for each customer, or globally. Cycle Length, Payment Terms, and Day of Cycle Invoice sent to customer are all customizable.

Product Unit List View
- A new product unit list view is available underneath the inventory tab. All information related to availability and utilization will be viewable.

Contract and Invoice Improvements
- Discount % removed if not being used
- All fees will display instead of grouping them into "Location Fees"
- Due Date Removed from Non Cycle Billed Orders
- Other improvements made as well based on customer feedback
Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Improvement: Record payment amount returned from Stripe in Quipli system
- Improvement: Edit Order can now be used with Extensions/Call Offs
- Improvement: Edit Order UI updates
- Improvement: Ability to Edit Tax %
