When completing a Check-in Inspection, the Fuel value entered will now automatically carry over to the Return Inventory modal, eliminating the need to re-enter it manually.
This aligns with existing behavior for Machine Hours and streamlines the return process.
Purchase Order GL Account Filtering
When adding “Other” line items to a Purchase Order, only expense-type General Ledger accounts will now appear in the dropdown. This prevents tax or income GL accounts from being selected and ensures cleaner expense tracking.
Global Customer Discounts Enhancements
We’ve made several improvements to what was previously called Renter Tag Pricing - now renamed to Global Customer Discounts for better clarity. New functionality includes:
Apply discounts to specific products or categories
Set a maximum number of active rentals per discounted customer, with an on-rent warning when limits are reached

🐞 Bug Fixes
Receiving Non-Inventory Items on POs
Fixed an issue where receiving a non-inventory item on a Purchase Order caused the page to go blank. Non-inventory items can now be received without affecting inventory levels.
QBO Duplicate Customers & $0 Invoice Sync
Fixed an issue where duplicate customers were being created in QuickBooks Online when fetching invoices and credit memos simultaneously. Also resolved a problem where $0 invoices were not syncing to QBO.
