The Dispatch feature provides a centralized view of all orders that require dispatching, whether for delivery or pickup. This allows admins to efficiently assign drivers and monitor order statuses.
Using the Dispatch Feature
1. Accessing the Dispatch Feature

From your Quipli admin console, click the Dispatch menu item in the sidebar.
2. Key Components of the Order Dispatch Page

The Order Dispatch page displays all orders scheduled for delivery or pickup. The information shown includes:

Order Number
-
Customer: Name of the customer (individual or company).

Phone Number: Customer's phone number. Clicking on it from a mobile device will initiate a call.

Type: Specifies whether the order is for delivery or pickup.

Time and Date: Scheduled date and time for delivery or pickup.
-
Address: Location for delivery or pickup. Clicking on the address will open it in Google Maps for directions.

Driver: Assigned driver for the order.

Products: Items included in the order.
-
Status: Current status of the delivery or pickup.
3. Finding Orders

On the Order Dispatch screen, you can find specific orders using the following:

Search Bar: Allows searching by customer name or product name.

Date Picker: Dropdown calendar for selecting specific dates to view orders.

Date Navigation Arrows: Controls for moving between dates.

Today Button: Quickly returns to the current date.

Filters:

Location: Filter orders by store location.
-
Driver: Filter orders by the assigned driver.
-
Type: Filter orders by delivery or pickup.

4. Assigning Drivers

Once you find the order you want to assign a driver to:

Click the dropdown menu under the Driver header.

Select the admin user to assign as the driver for the delivery or pickup order. Currently, any admin user can be assigned as a driver.
- Note: To add a new driver to the dropdown menu, simply add them as an admin user by clicking the "Admin Users" tab near the bottom of the sidebar. For more information on how to do this, please see our Help Center article on How to Add an Admin User.
5. Checking Statuses

Monitor the status of deliveries and pickups directly from the Dispatch screen:

Not Started: The order has been created but not yet processed.

Ready for Pickup: The order is prepared and waiting to be picked up by the customer.

Completed: Displays for orders when a delivery has been made to the customer (placed "On Rent") or when a pickup has been completed (placed "Off Rent").
6. Exporting Order List

Use the export function to download the order list for printing or offline reference:

Click the ellipsis (⋮) and select Export.
