CUSTOMER DISCOUNT CODES
Renters can provide customer discount codes to apply a specific discount to a renter’s purchase.
HOW TO TURN ON COUPON CODE IN GENERAL SETTINGS
1. Go to Settings > General Settings > Options
2. Go to “Coupon Code” under the Checkout section and toggle YES
3. Save Changes
HOW TO SET UP A CUSTOMER DISCOUNT CODE
1. Go to Customization > Discount coupons
2. Click the ellipses (...) in top right corner > “Add Discount Coupon”
3. Fill out the Coupon Setup page (red asterisks will mark required fields). Renters can place the discount code to specific products or categories.
4. Scroll down to “save changes”
How to apply customer discount code on an order
1. Go to orders>Create orders
2. Go to Order Summary> Select “Coupon [-NA-]”
3. Enter the coupon code and click the check mark.
4. The coupon will be applied. To undo this, click the reverse button.
How to apply customer discount code to a previous order
1. Go to orders>Orders
2. Select the specific order
3. In the order screen, scroll down to contract details
4. In the contract details section, click "Update Order."
5. Go to Order Summary>Select “Coupon [-NA-]”
6. Type in coupon code and select the check mark
7. For a customer to apply a discount code, they can apply it at checkout
