Summary
The Location Fees feature enables businesses to customize fees based on store locations, providing flexibility in how additional charges are applied to customer orders. This ensures transparency and tailored pricing for specific locations.
Instructions
- Navigate to Settings > Location Fees on the sidebar menu
- To add a new location fee, click the three dots in the top right corner > Add Location Attribute
- Fill out all required and desired information on the page. You can customize the fee in a variety of ways; name, description, fee type (fixed or percentage), fee value, apply to specific payment methods, and more.
- Make sure to select your store location under Locations, then hit Save Changes. You can also select multiple locations to apply the fee to.
5. On the main location attributes page, you can turn on/off the fee (check mark), edit it (pen icon), copy it (page icon), or delete it (trash icon) respectively.
6. With the Location Attribute turned on, you and your customers will see the designated fee when making an order at a specific location.
