When Quipli is unable to automatically approve a customer order, the order is flagged and a notification is sent to the relevant admin users. This is called an Order Needs Special Attention notification.
Note: This notification only applies when Auto Approve Customer Orders is active on your account. If auto-approval is not enabled, all orders require manual review by default and this notification will not trigger.
What do I do when I receive one?
Log into your Quipli admin, locate the flagged order, and manually approve or decline it.
Where is this configured?
This notification is controlled in two places. Both must be enabled for an admin to receive it.
Account-wide
Go to Settings > Email Customizations > Admin Emails > Order Auto-Approval Failed. This controls whether the notification sends at all and is also where the email template can be customized.
Per admin user
Go to Admin Users > [User] > Email Settings > Order Needs Special Attention. Each admin can independently enable or disable this notification on their own profile.
Both settings must be on for an admin to receive this notification. If someone is not receiving it, check both locations.
