What Is a Cash Customer?
A cash customer is a generic account for walk-in or one-time rentals where you don't need to capture full customer details. You can still collect payment by credit card — the card just won't be saved to the account after the transaction.
How to Get Set Up
This requires a one-time configuration by Quipli's engineering team. Submit a support ticket using the template below and we'll take care of the rest.

Subject: Cash Customer Setup Request
Hi Quipli Support,
Please set up a cash customer account for our Quipli instance with the following:
- Customer name: Cash
- No email address required
- Credit card should not be saved when payment is processed through this profile
- Customer account link: [paste your Cash customer URL here]

Using the Cash Customer
Once set up, select "Cash" as the customer on any walk-in order. Process payment as usual — the card will be charged but not stored on the account.
