Summary
The Order Event History feature provides a detailed log of all updates made to an order, accessible through the update history button.
- Blue indicates a general update (pricing, duration, etc.)
- Red (reverted) signifies an action that was undone
- Green (order status change) reflects a change in the order's status
Instructions
This tool ensures transparency and offers a comprehensive record of all actions taken on an order.
- To see all of your order history, first go into the order itself by clicking Orders→ Orders on the navigation bar.
- Next, click on the order number of choice
3. After clicking on the order number, click on the Show Event History dropdown
4. You’ll be able to see all the event history here.
For example, if the duration of the rental is changed, all the reflected changes will be listed under order history in blue. It can also be seen below when the order has been reverted or the status changed.
